Hello and welcome to The Caramel Cookie! I started this blog as a way to keep track of all that I bake. Baking is my creative outlet and I just simply LOVE to do it. My recipes are mix of decendent treats and healther ones to create a little balance.

I am currently working my way through my 20s, married to my best friend, and enjoying every minute of it. We live in Northern Virginia and love trying out all the local wineries! Biking, hiking or just strolling around the town, we love getting out in the fresh air.  Traveling is one of our favorite hobbies as we enjoy exploring new places! So, if you know of any cool places we should visit in the area, please let us know!
